CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 178(STA) am "An Act relating to special                                       
motor vehicle registration plates; and providing for an effective date"

Senator Gary Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the                                     
bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without                              
objection, it was so ordered.
